Experts say the most likely explanation is because older workers have already made it up the corporate ladder to positions that bring them more job satisfaction.

Studies have discovered that marriage actually gets better in your older years, so make sure you celebrate those marriage milestones. One reason behind this is that long-time couples learn how to express more affection, especially once the kids fly the nest! Another believed reason is that the stresses of marriage in middle age actually bring couples closer making those retirement years the easiest years of them all!

A recent study in America found that older people are better at understanding and reasoning social dilemmas, with the study also finding that when they were presented with a multitude of stories about conflict, they specifically were more adapt at understanding different perspectives, compromising and coming up with several resolutions.

You will get less migraines and headaches

If you suffer from migraines you should be especially happy to be getting older! Studies show that migraines become less frequent as well as less severe as you age. The nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and other symptoms associated with migraines seem to subside as you age.
